Baseball

Paragraph 1

Baseball was a sport that I always had quite the interest on when I was a kid. I always wanted to go out to the park near my house and play it with my dad a bit. I even owned several baseball themed video games, whether they were on the computer, or on the video game systems that I owned. I even am a fan of the Angels, which fun fact; used to be called the Anaheim Angels, but are now for some strange reason, called the Los Angeles Angels. Baseball is really great to watch on TV, so if I've got nothing to do, I can just watch it.

Paragraph 2

Even though today, I am not as much into baseball when I was a kid, I still like to play it or watch it when I have the chance, since by 8th grade came around, I wasn't as much as into baseball by then, but when we had one final unit for PE, which was softball, I was happy to start it since it technically still is baseball. I still had fun though, since nothing was like swinging the bat and making a mad dash for the bases. That still carried over when my class in PE for sophomore year at high school also had a unit like that, though there was one mistake I made during that, and that was sliding forward when I meant to slide in a drop-kick like fashion. I scraped my knee pretty badly, and then I hurt my ankle as a result. It wasn't fun.

Paragraph 3

I only ever been to a baseball game in real life a few times in my life, but even then, my most recent one was a few years ago. It was still fun because you could buy hot dogs, and since I do like Chili dogs now, I look forward to eating some next time I go to a baseball game. Though sadly, of all times I've been to a game, a home run has never come in our direction. However, one instance where we saw something weird was that the bat flew from the batter's hand and into the crowd. No one got hurt as far as I know, and that's good. It still remains as the most out of nowhere thing I've ever seen in a Baseball game I've ever attended.
